About our clinic

If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this is the place for you. The City of Montrose writes, “Montrose is a historic Colorado town on the beautiful western slope of the Rocky Mountains, perched in the perfect spot to serve as your base camp for year-round outdoor adventure. The city made Outdoor Life magazine’s list of ‘Top 200 Towns for Outdoorsmen’ in 2010 because it is surrounded by vast stretches of public lands where visitors can enjoy a seemingly endless variety of outdoor activities throughout the year.” Imagine working in rural Colorado in an innovative, team-based care model that includes primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, a psychologist, a chiropractor, two urologists, a general surgeon, and a rheumatologist.

We utilize a certified EHR and have successfully attested for Meaningful Use Stages I and II. Peak Family Medicine is a graduated CPC+ track 1 practice and current Primary Care First participant and NCQA PCMH. We are active in an ACO and MSSP. We are recipients of the Montrose Daily Press Best Family Practice Award in 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Peak Family Medicine is a fun group that works hard. We’ve also taken best physician clinic-2022, best urgent care-2022, and best doctor multiple years. That is all a testament to our fantastic team members and wonderful community.
